After a successful 27-year career as a civil engineer, Richard took a leap of faith and changed vocation to follow his passion for all things wood. He re-trained in furniture design & making to combine the problem-solving techniques of an engineer with the creative skills of an artist to create desirable functional furniture with an artistic flair.
